Info & Registration

WHAT: A festive 5K Fun Run/Walk through Havertown raising funds for the American Cancer Society.

WHEN: The 2025 Reindeer Romp will be Saturday, December 13, 2025

3 p.m. for the run start; 3:05 p.m. for the walk. The race will take place in rain, shine or snow. It will not be canceled unless notified by local authorities.

WHERE: The race starts and ends at Haverford High School, 200 Mill Road, Havertown, PA 19083.

REGISTRATION:  The race is professionally timed by RunSignUp, who also handles the registration. Registration is open!

SHIRT DEADLINE:  If you register before Dec 7th, you are guaranteed a long sleeve high quality technical shirt. Available until they run out.

PACKET PICKUP: 

• Early pickup is available Friday, December 12th from 4 p.m. - 7 p.m. at Nolan Painting Headquarters  (181 W. Hillcrest Ave., Havertown, PA 19083)
• **Please Note: There will be NO SATURDAY AM bib pickup**
• Race Day pickup will only occur at the race site Saturday, December 13th from 2 p.m. - 3 p.m. at Haverford High School 200 Mill Road Havertown PA 19083

PRICING: 

• $30 for adults 21+, $15 for under 21 through July 25th. 
• $40 for adults 21+, $20 for under 21 July 25th - December 13th 
• Race day registration Saturday December 6th: $50 for adults 21+,  $30 for under 21.
  

AWARDS: Cash awards are given to 1st ($100), 2nd ($50) and 3rd ($25) place overall men and women's winners. Winners will receive the coveted Reindeer Romp glass mug for age group winners: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners for 5 year age groups through 70 and over. The fastest 14-year-old or younger will receive The Brandon's Cup Trophy. 

IMPORTANT TIPS:
Extended time for Packet Pick Up: We strongly encourage you to pick up your bib and race packet info early from 4 p.m. - 7 p.m. on Friday, December 12th at Nolan Painting, 181 W. Hillcrest Avenue. Havertown PA 19083

** There will be no Saturday morning bib pickup**

Parking: Parking will be available in the lots and neighborhood surrounding Haverford High School and Middle School. 

Bathrooms: There will be NO access inside the High School for bathroom needs. There will be portable toilets outside the High School.
